Terms & Conditions

Prices

• weekly prices are from Saturday 4pm until Saturday 10am for Newton of Dalvey
• weekly prices are from Friday 4pm until Friday 10am for The Beeches
• electricity, oil, initial fuel for fire, bed linen and towels are included in the price

Payment

• a £100.00 deposit per week is required to secure your booking

• the balance is required 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday
• if the cottage of your choice is not available when we receive your booking, your monies will be returned in full

Cancellations

• should you cancel your holiday we will try to re-let the property. If we are successful we will return any monies paid in full
• if we are unsuccessful we will retain the deposit

Smoking

• Both our cottages are strictly no smoking

Keys and Directions

• prior to your holiday we will contact you with details of directions and key collection

Arrival and Departure Times

• on the day of your arrival, your cottage will be ready for you by 4pm
• on the day of your departure, please vacate the cottage by 10am to enable us to prepare for our next guests

Pets
• up to two well-behaved pets are welcome but must be specified when booking
• there will be an additional charge of £20 per pet per week

• any damage by pets must be paid for

• pets are not permitted upstairs or in the bedrooms

• please keep pets off the furniture

• please don’t leave your pets unattended in the property or garden

• please remove pet hairs from carpets before you leave

General

• the booking must be for holiday purposes only

• only those mentioned on the booking form are permitted to sleep in the property

• to book either of our cottages you must be minimum 18 years of age

When booking , you agree to keep the property and all furniture, fitments, equipment and other contents in or on the property in the like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday let. You will make good any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of the holiday let. The property and all furniture, fitments, utilities and equipment must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of the period of the holiday let.

Applicable Law

The Law of Scotland will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of this contract. You will agree to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
