Terms & Conditions for Newton of Dalvey Farmhouse
Prices
Weekly prices are from Saturday 5.00pm until Saturday 10.00am.
Fuel, bed linen & towels are included in the price.
Payment
£100 deposit per week payable by bank transfer to Bank of Scotland sort code 80-06-81 Account No 00705716 name Allan T Nicolson. Please quote your surname as a reference.
Balance payable 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Should Newton of Dalvey not be available when we receive your booking, your monies will be returned in full.
Cancellations
Should you cancel your holiday we will try to re-let the property. If we are successful we will return any monies paid in full.
If we are unsuccessful we will retain the deposit.
Smoking
The farmhouse is strictly no smoking.
Keys and Directions
Prior to your holiday we will contact you with details of directions and key collection.
Arrival and Departure times
On the day of arrival, the farmhouse will be ready for you from 5.00pm.
On the day of departure, please vacate the farmhouse by 10.00am at the latest to enable us to prepare for our next guests.
Pets
Up to two well-behaved pets are welcome but must be specified when booking.
There will be an additional charge of £20 per pet per week.
Any damage by pets must be paid for.
Pets are not permitted upstairs or in the bedrooms.
Please keep pets off the furniture.
Pets must not be left unattended in the property or garden.
Please remove pet hairs from carpets before leaving.
General
The booking must be for holiday purposes only.
Only those mentioned on the booking form are permitted to sleep in the property.
To book Newton of Dalvey Farmhouse you must be minimum 18 years of age.
When booking Newton of Dalvey Farmhouse you agree to keep the property and all furniture, fitments, equipment and other contents in or on the property in the like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday let. You will make good any damage, breakage or loss that may occur during the period of the holiday let. The property and all furniture, fitments, utilities and equipment must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of the period of the holiday let.
Applicable Law
The law of Scotland will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of this contract.
You will agree to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
