Prices & Booking The accommodation is available for weekly holiday lets all year round. BOOKINGS FOR THE FARMHOUSE ARE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. (Friday bookings will be considered at the owners discretion however £100 surcharge will apply)

Please telephone or email with dates and details of party ie. number adults, number children & pets. Kim will confirm availability & price & if you wish to go ahead, we will reserve the dates until you complete the booking process.
Complete the booking request form (which Kim will send you by email or fax)
Pay your deposit
We require £100 booking deposit per week. Please make cheques payable to A Nicolson and send to Relugas Mains, Dunphail, Forres, Moray IV36 2QL. Alternatively we will accept bank transfer.
When we receive your form and deposit, we will confirm the booking. Receipt of deposit confirms acceptance of our terms and conditions as per our web site.
Pay the balance
Please send the balance no later than four weeks before your holiday. We will email a courtesy reminder 5 – 6 weeks before arrival date if balance has not already been received.
Just before your holiday we will send you directions for Newton of Dalvey Farmhouse and information on key collection.
